The darkness of winter is starting to descend down onto Vancouver, but don’t let that bring your spirits down! There’s still tons of stuff going on in Vancouver as we creep closer to craft festival season. This weekend there’s comedy! crafts! lasers! and… beard painting? Check it all out below.

What is it: Live beard painting based on audience suggestions, with some of Vancouver’s finest comedians doing stand up during the painting… Weirdly awesome. $6 (more info)

Vancouver Laser Show

When: Friday the 13th and Saturday, Nov 14th from 7pm – 11pm
Where: BCIT 3700 Willingdon Avenue, Building SW3
What is it: It’s back! The Vancouver Laser Show has a home once more at the BCIT Planetarium. Lasers, Pink Floyd and more lasers. $11 (more info)

We Know Nothing: Monologues of Ice & Fire
