Join Capture’s Assistant Curator, Chelsea Yuill on a walking tour to visit three distinct projects that are part of Capture’s 2022 Festival Public Art Program. The tour will begin with Shellie Zhang’s Offerings to Both Past and Future at Waterfront Canada Line Station.
The second stop on the tour will be Shahla Bahrami’s Censorship and Autocensorship – I bite my tongue at Vancouver City Centre Canada Line Station. The tour will end with Sara Cwynar’s Umi at BC Hydro Dal Grauer Substation.
Please note this is a free walking tour although requires fare to travel from Waterfront Station to Vancouver City Centre. Meet at Waterfront Stn in the lobby near the Canada Line entrance

Chelsea Yuill is a curator whose practice aims to connect the public with contemporary art practices in transformative and thought-provoking ways. Her curatorial projects include the alumni exhibition 88 Artists from 88 Years (2017), and Intertwined (2018) both at Emily Carr University of Art + Design; and EAT YOUR TAIL, Access Gallery (2020). As the Assistant Curator at Capture Photography Festival, she has coordinated three annual catalogues, multiple public art projects, and virtual exhibitions, curating Elisabeth Belliveau: A Vase with Pale Roses (2020), Rydel Cerezo: Back of My Hand (2020), Yumna Al-Arashi: Holy Terrain (2021) and much more.
