Let the Dirty Apron take you on a culinary adventure with the tropical flavours of Hawaii.
Start with a Ginger Soy Tuna Poke on Crispy Rice. Follow that with the famous Hawaiian dish of Pineapple and Sake roasted Kurobuta Pork Chop, accompanied by crispy Taro Root and Bok Choy. Finish the meal island style with Orange Cake, Pineapple Butter Rum Sauce and toasted Macadamia Nuts.
The only thing missing from this tropical adventure is the beach. E hele mai ‘ai!
