Steps for Life is a fun five-kilometre walk and the premier fundraiser for Threads of Life. It’s an opportunity to turn tragedy into hope and healing. The Association for Workplace Tragedy Family Support (known as Threads of Life) is currently supporting the healing journey of more than 3,200 family members across Canada who have suffered from a workplace fatality, traumatic life-altering injury, or occupational disease.
Every year, regular families in Vancouver and across Canada get the call to tell them their loved one is not coming home from work, because of a work-related injury or illness. Show your support and register to participate in this first in-person, local Steps for Life event since the pandemic. This year’s family spokesperson is Maureen Shaw (learn more).
